Karl-Friedrich Kaupp and Frank Krebok founded our partnership, Kaupp, Krebok & Partner GbR, in August 1995 to provide services as tax advisors. The founding members were originally associated with the academic environment of the Universities of Mannheim and Hannover.

Since 1998 we have had the legal status of a partnership of tax advisors and public accountants and auditors. We operate offices in Stuttgart, Hannover and Mannheim.

Over the years, we have prepared and provided extensive support for several initial public stock offerings. Our strategy of providing long-term advice has helped successfully place these new stock issues. The success of our work is also reflected in our own growth, which is far above the average in our field.
